Mixed — reflect carefully
Group work can stall when everyone assumes someone else owns a task. Agree on who does each part, when it is due, and how to say early that you need help.

STORY & REFLECTION
Two Dogs and an Unfair Share
The Two Dogs · Aesop's fable
A man trains one dog to hunt and another to guard the house. After hunting, he gives a large share of food to the dog that stayed home. The hound feels unfairly treated.
The house dog says it did not choose the duties or the rewards; the owner arranged them. The fable points to the rules of a group before blaming a fellow worker.
Group assignments can create similar resentment when roles and timing are never agreed. People may hold different ideas of who owns each part and who carries the load.
Before the next work session, name an owner and due time for each piece. Make it easy to say early when someone is stuck. Clarity reduces duplicate work and blame.
Reflection
Clear roles reduce duplicate work and resentment.
A small action today
Agree on an owner and deadline for each part.
A question to reflect on
Which part of the group project has no clear owner yet?
